I received the exact items I ordered in excellent condition.
Let me say first that this glass piece is thicker and heavier than I thought it would be. The piece is well constructed with no bubbles or other visible defects or weaknesses in the separate glass pieces that were assembled to create it. The the blown glass joins appear solid and it feels very sturdy. I shook it to try and dislodge the perc and nothing—solid construction. It appears that the angled neck was pulled and blown from a larger piece of glass used for the cylinder rather than fused onto it (if it was, I can’t see the joint) and then fused to the base. The joint where the bowl stem connects to the main bong and perc is extremely solid and the piece can be carried by the bowl stem without fear of breaking (although I don’t recommend carrying it that way)
The bong works well and provides good filtration with large clouds. You do need to be careful not to overfill the water chamber or you will get backsplash, even with the angled neck.The mouthpiece is both right-sized and very smooth—no chances for cutting your lips—and it’s solidly attached to the neck and it matches the color and thickness of the base for nice aesthetics. The wide base is sturdy and reassuring to prevent spills and breaks. The bowl fit without excessive movement or sticking. The overall thickness of the glass was very solid, considering the price.
