Cali Cannabis Cutter
Compressing kief to become hash rolls is a snap with the Mendo Mulcher Pollen Press rod press system. With a beautifully crafted aluminum construction with standout parts making this pressure pusher perfect for fat hash plugs.
Designed with ease of use in mind and crafted from precision machined aircraft-grade aluminum, this hash press sets off those big, fat knobs with a super-slender middle. The main hollow chamber, working with those oversized ends, makes for denser, easier pressure.
Pressing your own concentrated hash with a personal press saves the best of your weed, and using the best tool only makes sense. Using a premium kief-collecting weed grinder means you’ll have hash in the bank, and this pollen press is like printing your own money.
Using the knurled knobs for great grip, squeezing kief is easy with normal hand strength, no tools required. And that cannabis crystal turns to hash plugs in a straight-forward process with this tight Mendo press.
Slide a pin into one side of the press and screw one end cap, but don’t tighten all the way. Point the open end up and, using parchment or other paper as a slide, pour your kief into the press. Slide the second dowel on top of the pollen pile and screw on the other end cap.
Powder of The Press
That kief powder meets its master with the turn of both screws ends. Twist them equally until there’s firm pressure. Then, twist as tightly as you can by hand and set in a warm area (but not heated), like by a computer or on top of the fridge. Rest the pollen press 6-8 hours.
By resting your hash, time and warmth loosen the plugs grip on the metal. Once resting time is over, compress that plug again by hand as much as possible. Now, place everything into the freezer for about 25 minutes to firm the hash and release its grip from the aluminum chamber.
Once the sticky, dried trichomes are chilled, unscrew both ends and use the dowel(s) to try to push out the plug. With any luck, it will come right out. Using a hammer to tap the dowel(s) and remove that heavenly hash is also necessary sometimes.
