I just put it in the freezer about 3 hours ago with mango and strawberry. Will buy a 2nd one when they are back in stock again
didnt know it was going to melt, it says nothing about that
Ridiculous. Don't waste the water. I studied the videos and read all the instructions. The base tears off too easily. They need to put longer prongs to embed in the ice . I am going to try and retrofit some kind of fix so it won't tear off.
I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas, but I couldn't wait to give it to him, I only had it for a day before I broke and made him open it....Its October! My first attempt was possibly the most frustrating, I was so excited and then I couldn't get it out, I think the center piece was off to the side since I have a drawer freezer and not enough room to stand it upright. I ended up pouring water all over my kitchen floor, it started melting faster the more frustrated I became, and then I ended up ripping the base off the bottom and was seriously so upset, but my boyfriend had a really good time watching me and definitely got some laughs. I immediately went in for my second attempt--and that time worked wonderfully! My man was very pleased, said it was super chilly, and had a great smooth finish; not as harsh as his other water pipes.
