What is a Recycler Rig?

Recycler rigs are one of the newest and coolest scientific designs on the market. They are a specific type of dab rig that offer many benefits to the smoker. Recycler rigs function through an innovative process that makes for a cleaner, more potent smoking experience.

Recyclers get their name from their two chamber system that “recycles” water through a loop. After being hit, the smoke and water travel the same path. They go through the “reservoir” (the main chamber that contains water) and move through a perc into a second chamber through one of the separation tubes. Smoke and water continue through another separation tube back into the reservoir, and the process repeats until the vapor is pulled out of the mouthpiece.

There are many benefits to using a recycler dab rig. The dab rig’s second chamber functions as a splashguard, preventing splashback from the water and allowing the user to hit their rig as hard as they want. Another advantage is the effortless, smooth hit that is cultivated from the constant filtration of the smoke and the water as it passes through the loop from the reservoir to the second chamber. As the vapor is cycled it passes through the perc, or multiple percs, numerous times to provide clean dabs every time.

Because the smoke is constantly traveling with the water, hits are cooled down which allows the user to use larger amounts of concentrates. Because there’s less space for air, the constant filtration keeps your smoke from getting stale.
