Every piece of this metal downstem has a threading, so you can screw each piece into one another. This is the real secret to the adjustable downstem. Each piece varies in size, which allows you to control the length and fit the Titan-Stem into your personal water pipe.
If you have a preference of diffuser, then you're in luck! Not only is this downstem adjustable, but it comes with 2 interchangeable diffusers: a standard diffuser and tree diffuser.

DankStop offers free USA shipping on all orders. In addition, you may choose to purchase expedited shipping (2-day, Overnight, etc) at checkout. International customers receive free shipping on orders over $300.

Free shipping is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.
How long until my order ships?
All orders placed before 2pm EST ship out same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm ship the following business day.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
